Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

I usually end up leaving the overhead lights on all of the time, but have started using my lamps more and now I'm getting better at turning all of the lights off when I leave my dorm.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I've been waiting to go back to my dorm to get a drink of water instead of just buying one when I'm out. It would be easier to make this permanent if I had a reasonably sized water bottle to carry around, but just reminding myself that I have water back at my dorm has been working.
