Practicing gratitude can keep me centered and motivated to work for a better world because I want others to experience these positive emotions as well. Gratitude inspires reflection and this ties into our actions, we view ourselves in the ways we interact with others or navigate the world and want to ensure that we are doing so to make the world better.

Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways which is great term we can all practice. -
