    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    These people have easier access to these food products. Eating more meat affects the food chain by reducing the prey predator relationships which will ultimately negatively impact our environment when these sources are depleted.

    The eco challenge is going well. It keeps me engaged throughout the day, and I am noticing the large impact I can have just through my simple actions.
