    Ecobricks are beneficial because they secure plastics from contaminating the biosphere and save plastic from industrial recycling. Additionally, ecobricking inspires ecological consciousness.

    I have learned that there are multiple different recycling programs in my hometown. There is an area to drop off clothing and shoes, a different area to drop off electronics, another for pharmaceuticals, another for food scraps, another for needles and sharps, and another for household chemical waste products.

    By watching the sunrise and/or sunset, you can build the relationship you have with the universe and nature. Additionally, watching the sunrise/sunset can be quite a spiritual experience.

    I believe that I was 'addicted' to sugar before starting the ecochallenge. By tracking how much sugar I consume daily, I have been able to limit my sugar intake. Overall, I feel healthier compared to how I felt before the challenge.
