Asya Milton 10/19/2021 11:44 AMEvery now I then I try to limit my social media, especially when I think I am looking at my phone too much. I don't need it, and sometimes it can start to take a toll on my mental health even if I don't realize it. I decided to turn off my social media notifications so I open the apps less and try and focus on other things to do that make me happy. -
Asya Milton 10/17/2021 10:10 PMOver the weekend, I took some time to try and really declutter. My room had been a mess for weeks and it was starting to effect my mood as well. Not only do I feel happier, I was able to recycle a lot of stuff and donate a lot of items that I do not need anymore. I'm also trying to be hard on myself and not keep unnecessary items and in the future buy things I need versus what I want.
