I've added a new morning routine to my schedule which includes dry brushing to promote blood circulation, reducing cellulite and remove dead skin cells from skin and I've also incorporated a face skincare routine that targets lymphatic drainage massages and while some may think it's an easy 10min process I can guarantee you it is more of a workout of your arms, wrists and hands if you're not use it - I'm loving my results!

One of my favorite activities right now is playing outside with my dogs, I have a very high energetic puppy that loves to chase, play tug of war and fetch keeping him motivation in our playtimes and keeping him active have motivated me to do the same. In the end he's a tired happy puppy ready for a nap and I am to! haha

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

I like spending time outside my office during lunch when I can. So, I take walks around my property and just destress myself.

I can involve my partner in my exercise routines, whether that's talking a walk around my apartment complex or walking to get our food at our nearest restaurant. Taking my work outside could be another option to incorporate in my routine.

    Waste Go Paperless
Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

I honestly love choosing the paperless options for receipts, banking updates or even reminders for upcoming appointments since I mainly rely on my phones calendar to keep me up-to-date it's easy to just add the events to keep me on track!

When I started doing the ecochallenge, I decided to go paperless with my bill statements and I never realized how much it helps out our environment by going paperless! I always have my receipts when I go shopping emailed to me to save paper and also so that my parents can't find out how much money I actually spend shopping....

Once every three months I like to try and declutter many parts of my space whether that's my storage of extra decor, linens, electronics or bath products and sort out what I definitely need and use rather than a "want".

I get really happy when I use something up.....I like having just that much less. Especially during the pandemic, I think a lot of us stocked up. I'm trying to "un-stock" now.

Two of our main water sources in Bloomington, IL are the Lake Bloomington reservoir and the Evergreen Lake reservoir.
