REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Brush My Teeth Without Running WaterWhat is the main water source in your region? If you don't know, how could you find out?
Angela Moreno 11/24/2019 1:18 PMI'm not exactly sure what the main water source is, but I'm sure if I either ask around or look it up I could easily pick up that information. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Angela Moreno 11/17/2019 1:44 PMI believe we can absolutely do more to reduce the unnecessary use of water bottles. The only barrier I can think of on the top of my head in regards to using reusable water bottles is not having a place to refill it. Making this a permanent habit could be done by refilling the bottle every morning and keeping up with it throughout the day. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Angela Moreno 11/15/2019 10:36 AMI normally only get about six hours of sleep. I'd like to sleep eight hours or more but that's a bit difficult to achieve especially on work nights. To be successful in this action, on nights where I don't work I will try to sleep earlier. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Choose Two-Sided PrintingChoosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?
Angela Moreno 11/14/2019 11:46 AMI believe educating others on exactly how much paper is saved when you switch to two sided printing is the number one step. Knowledge is power and ensuring somebody knows the reason they're doing something is important. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity MeditateWhat would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?
Angela Moreno 11/13/2019 10:06 PMI would like to spend more time reflecting on my day, at the end of the day, as I feel like I spend a lot of time just moving along versus actually thinking about what happens.
