To better preserve our National Parks, it will require observation, surveillance, and documentation of baselines within day to day scales. This will better the needs of the NPS and ensure proper administration of risk management, conservation, and further safeguard these amazing environments.
I will eat all of my meals without distractions, e.g., phone, computer, TV, or newspaper.
I will not work more than 8 hour days each day to practice work-life balance.
I will spend 15 minutes each day maintaining a record of all my purchases and learning about my spending habits.
I will keep track and reduce my consumption of refined sugars, including sweetened beverages, candy, and processed foods.
