Nathan Norman 7/22/2019 6:09 PMChallenges are going great! How about you guys? -
Nathan Norman 7/19/2019 2:11 PMI have now avoided sending 80 cups to the landfill by using reusable mugs! You can drink your lattes AND save the environment at the same time! -
Nathan Norman 7/15/2019 6:56 PMIt's been amazing to see all of the coffee shops that I visit transitioning (some already have) to straw-less iced drinks, where the lids now have a small opening rather than a place to puncture it with a straw. Slowly and gradually we are making an impact on reducing our waste! -
Nathan Norman 6/27/2019 9:43 PMAttended the W3RKWELL event tonight which focused on Conscious Capitalism. It was an exciting and informative experience because it focused on the sustainability of organizations. Organizations that focused on the health of their people, planet, and profits were said to be set up for success and a sustainable future. This is already happening! -
Nathan Norman 6/26/2019 1:42 PMGoing to try public transit soon. Wish me luck! -
Nathan Norman 6/18/2019 11:09 AMI will admit, cutting out sugar from my diet (mostly) has been very difficult but also very rewarding. I notice less cravings and feel physicall and mentally stronger overall. Push through the pain! -
Nathan Norman 6/16/2019 10:46 AMI'm not sure how sustainable this is but I have recently been meditating for over an hour in a new massage chair I recently purchased. the positive is I am not giving my attention to any devices during that time. -
Nathan Norman 6/14/2019 5:24 PMI have been slowly and gradually reducing food waste by subscribing weekly to Freshly, which provides me with 6 organic meals every Monday. I feel great! -
Nathan Norman 6/13/2019 9:09 AMIt is interesting how thankfulness and being grateful is the cure to sadness and negativity. I have been exercising my commitment to write down three things I am thankful for everyday for the last 2 months and it has completely reshaped my brain and how I think and perceive the world. Very encouraging!
