Jonathan Novins 3/09/2021 8:06 AMI haven't logged yet as I wanted to give my changes some time to sort of take effect to see how they made me feel. I've always been a very stressed out person. It has never been too much of an issue as I've become very good at dealing with it over the years. With that said, I have been noticable more relaxed since starting many of these activities. Cleaning, meditating, walking, and eating without distraction has helped me destress at the end of the day and has made a real impact on my life.
