One problem I have at the moment is going to bed at a consistent time. I have read that going to bed at the same time every night is very beneficial for your health, and is something I think I could try to work toward, specifically by setting timers on my phone for when I should go to bed.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

In the past, I have found that I have trouble staying hydrated, which posed many health issues. Since I got a reusable water bottle, however, I have had easy access to water, without having to go out and buy a bottle of water from a campus dining location or vending machine.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Since I'm from a city, I've always found public transportation to be pretty accessible. I had to take a city bus to and from school daily during high school, so I guess I'm kind of used to it.
