REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Logan Oplinger 10/23/2021 8:25 PMOne problem I have at the moment is going to bed at a consistent time. I have read that going to bed at the same time every night is very beneficial for your health, and is something I think I could try to work toward, specifically by setting timers on my phone for when I should go to bed. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Use Reusable BottlesWhat are some of the needs that water meets or benefits that water provides for you?
Logan Oplinger 10/21/2021 8:29 PMIn the past, I have found that I have trouble staying hydrated, which posed many health issues. Since I got a reusable water bottle, however, I have had easy access to water, without having to go out and buy a bottle of water from a campus dining location or vending machine. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Drive LessHow has your access to various kinds of transportation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?
Logan Oplinger 10/21/2021 8:22 PMSince I'm from a city, I've always found public transportation to be pretty accessible. I had to take a city bus to and from school daily during high school, so I guess I'm kind of used to it. -
Logan Oplinger 10/21/2021 8:16 PMI used the bus on two separate occasions, when I normally would have driven my car
