    How does food sovereignty address the complex transition from localized food systems to modern global food systems?

    Food sovereignty allows those that are consuming and producing the food to control how it is distributed. This often can mean that it is much different than how we usually see food distribution.

    Active listening benefits both people in the conversation because the one speaking can feel heard and be understood and the one listening can give their full attention and add to the conversation.

    Human activities like farming with harsh chemicals, building things like houses and roads, and many chemicals that we used often like salt on the roads and sidewalks can heavily impact the water systems.

    I enjoy spending time outdoors and with friends so when I exercise, I try to do it outdoors and/or with friends. I find it to be a lot more fun and enjoyable when I incorporate those into my routine.
