    Spent a good hour giving love to all my houseplants, repotting and fertilizing so they’re happy and healthy :)

    What did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch?

    Today I really focused on all the spring beauty! It amazes me how many colors and different types of blooms there are. My most prominent observation would be the smell of the air. It is so potent with floral scents and it makes my heart so happy!

    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How do your eating experiences differ when practicing mindfulness?

    By actually bringing my awareness to what I am eating/drinking instead of zoning out I have found I have so much more appreciation for my food as well as not feeling like I want to over eat as much!

    Took an hour long walk through the park & went plant shopping. I also did a guided meditation this morning as well! :)

    I didn't do anything today! :( Work had me too busy today. Tomorrow is Garden Club though so i'll definitely be better tomorrow!

    I am recovering from a hip injection, so today I will be enjoying reading my EarthSea novel (a book with nature themes) and taking it easy!
