Taylor Papp 4/21/2021 4:53 PMToday I really focused on all the spring beauty! It amazes me how many colors and different types of blooms there are. My most prominent observation would be the smell of the air. It is so potent with floral scents and it makes my heart so happy!-

Taylor Papp 4/21/2021 4:51 PMBy actually bringing my awareness to what I am eating/drinking instead of zoning out I have found I have so much more appreciation for my food as well as not feeling like I want to over eat as much! -
