This is an interesting question because it creates the assumption that the world depends on farmers who are not capable of growing organic food AND also that the world is incapable of growing its own food. Organic food can be grown; it can be managed. A barrier for this goal is the lack of education many people have when it comes to gardening and managing their money and resources well enough to obtain organic foods.
