  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
How can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?

I have the benefit of having two sisters so whenever we get a little bored with our current clothes, we can swap and share. This is also a great idea to do with  friends!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health
How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

Eating healthier makes me feel more energized. Eating less meat benefits the environment by lowering the production of methane gas and reducing water consumption.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

With the exception or wind power, renewable energy sources aren’t commonly used where I live. Unfortunately, most of the energy I use was generated using fossil fuels:(

Consider the ways you can garden: a plot of land? a patio container? hanging basket? windowsill gardens? What would work best for your living situation and lifestyle?

I am currently renting a house so planting in large pots works best for me! I’ve planted some herbs and cherry tomatoes and I’m very hopeful for their success!

Another super easy change to make is unplugging your appliances when they aren’t in use!
