My challenge is going pretty well, but some of the challenges are harder than others. One in particular that is difficult is shopping from a farmer's market for all may produce. It has been difficult for me because of convenience. When my roommates go to the store, I often tag along and buy produce there which is not as environmentally friendly. A big thing that has been helpful for me is by having one of my roommates, that I have talked to about a challenge, try to do it as well. This allows me to remain accountable and remember.

I saw the farmer's market challenge and was interested in trying to do that one but I knew it that it may be unrealistic for me to try if I knew I probably wouldn't have time to travel to the farmer's market. I have a farmer's market in my home town and I absolutely love going to it, so I intend on trying to make it to the farmer's market at some time before the season is over. I think the strategy you have for trying to accomplish this challenge is very smart. It is similar to me and when I go to the gym. When I have a friend to join me at the gym, I am more motivated to go!

Good luck! Not sure if the farmer's market will be on campus this Monday, but that's so convenient when we do have the awesome Hmong vendors on campus (across from Centennial by Wittich hall).

Practicing gratitude is a way of reminding yourself of the sweet things that are occurring in your life, often in the midst of chaos.
