  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Voting in general is vital for our environment because the candidates we chose and what they stand for determine the means of suitability. Voting for candidates that believe in global warming for example is extremely important and has the capability of changing the environment.  Research each candidate on reliable sources helps my decision making process.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Practice Loving-Kindness Meditation
How can practicing Loving-Kindness Meditation be helpful to the health of the environment?

    Emily Pichelmann 4/11/2021 9:12 PM
Take time for yourself weather it's meditation, affirmations,etc...
This can have a positive impact towards the environment by having a positive outlook on the world. "Treat others as you want to be treated" and seeing how what you chose to do daily makes an impact on our environment.

    Emily Pichelmann's avatar

My hours of night per sleep vary basically every night. I personally would love to shift my sleep schedule in order to keep a more efficient and consistent daily schedule. If I were to go to sleep earlier than I usually do, I'd be able to wake up earlier than usual and get more things accomplished in the morning.
