    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    With this situation I just carry the items in my hands since I do have help from my partner, if it is possible just have all the items in the cart and take them to the vehicle. I always keep extra bags just in case I forgot the ones I usually use.

    Gratitude keeps you motivated to work for a better world by you already having what you received and having the knowledge that a certain action or object is deeply desired by someone else.

    One way in which I incorporate those values is by the simple action of riding a bike or going for a long walk as well as playing high intensity games like basketball.
