REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Alexe Raguindin 4/26/2020 9:38 PMTo spend my time I decided to go outside and be with my plants and garden, play with my little sister and bake. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicitySocial media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?
Alexe Raguindin 4/26/2020 9:37 PMTaking time away from social media even for just a few minutes gets your eyes out of your phone and out to do other things which I'v noticed and sometimes I went past time and stayed of social media a little longer. Social media especially right now has become pretty toxic and overwhelming and it's been nice to get away from it. -
Alexe Raguindin 4/26/2020 9:31 PMAfter completing my challenges through out the week I have felt more in tune with myself, nature and my state of mind, I hope to implement these challenges past this assignment and contribute and be more mindful of what I can do and how to connect others to what they can do as well. -

Alexe Raguindin 4/25/2020 6:53 PMHiking, biking, camping and so much more is a great way to incorporate exercise, nature and loved ones. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityIn your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?
Alexe Raguindin 4/25/2020 6:52 PMSocial inequalities diminish a strong sense of community by creating this mindset of separation, as if we as a community are separated based of trivial things rather than what's really important and that is coming together to better ourselves and those around us. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Alexe Raguindin 4/25/2020 6:50 PMChange in perspective and taking a. moment to think of everything to be grateful for resets a busy mind and calms the heart especially during times of stress.
