Generally speaking, energy is generated with fossil fuels, which is detrimental to the planet (and everyone who lives on it) as resources are limited and we are running out, as well as the massive waste generation that is produced to generate energy/electricity.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

You can perceive details better, everything happens slower. Walking through a place allows you to get to know it better, the fact of passing by in a car is very impersonal.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

You can make plans on the weekends with your friends to go walking or hiking, that way you are exercising and spending quality time with your loved ones.
