    I could also make sure I am recycling and double checking I am carelessly mixing trash and recycling. I also could start a compost to use for my garden

    I can always take a run or exercise outside as it is about to be the perfect weather to do so. I also have the option of exercising with a friend or family member

    Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit?     Its more convenient to just grab a disposable plastic cup for on the go as I can just throw it out whenever I am done. But by switching to a reusable cup I can continue to keep using it all day and it also makes me drink more water.
