    Practicing gratitude motivates me because it helps me remain optimistic no matter how challenging things can get. It helps me see the small things in life and motivates me to continue with what I am doing so I can continue having these small things in life.

    By taking a walk at least 30 minutes a day, I found myself feeling more energized and refreshed. I would take a walk when I feel overwhelmed and just taking in the scenery has helped me calm down and get back to work.
