    I really enjoy being able to get out and just walk and enjoy my surroundings. It can be really energizing.

      I still have a couple months before I can get back on my bike but looking forward to it. Shoulder surgery in Jan has me sidelined from it for a while yet.

      Agreed!  I love biking too because I can enjoy all of my senses and go more places a bit faster!

      So true! Just getting outside and walking sounds like work when you feel exhausted from life (there are so many things right now that exhaust us!), but getting outside to walk _gives_ me extra energy :)

    I agree, I would rather buy healthier groceries than pay more doctor bills. That's one of my goals with my current eating plan and it seems to be working.
