    Fresh air is key, although tired, I just went for walk just to get my blood moving and go to park to enjoy the day

    Started sitting outside for my morning bible study .... with the birds chirping and fresh air it makes me happier for sure ...... of course when its too cold I stay inside.

      This is a great practice to build in! Challenge - try to do it tech-free to minimize distractions!

    Turned to cold water for washing clothes.  It takes longer to feel the tub and not confident yet whether the clothes are as clean .... hot water always seems to be a better sterilizer.

      Unless you are watching whites or sheets/towels, I think youre good! Cold water for the win! Great way to save energy!
