  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Nature Go for a Daily Walk
How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

I believe walking creates a sense of inner peace because when you stop and take a moment to breath, you can appreciate nature so much more. Being in nature also relaxes much more than driving in a car would.
