I have never really been on public transportation, so I grew up always driving or flying everywhere, so as I got older it was normal for me just to hop in my car and drive to work.

I think practicing gratitude everyday will keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world because it makes you realized you're blessed for the things you do have
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Choose Organic Ingredients
Many people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?

I think you can feed the world with just organic food because we need more local farmers that dont use the chemicals that major farm company use and their can be more organic option if people had the opportunity to make everything healthier
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Energy Adjust the Thermostat
Your utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?

I can only run my air conditioning when I am home and turn it off at night instead of running it all the time. I can a lot change out my light bulbs to energy efficient lights
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Instead of buying bags at the grocery store I can buy the reusable bags and resume them
