Health
Happiness
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.
Health
Learn More about Food Apartheid
What can lack of access to nutritious food affect a community? How can having access to nutritious food help a community become more resilient?
Health
Learn About Local Environmental Justice Concerns
I will spend 60 minutes researching environmental justice and environmental racism concerns in my region, who is affected by them, and local initiatives to address these concerns.
Water
Brush My Teeth Without Running Water
I will save up to 8 gallons (30 L) of water each day by turning it off while brushing my teeth.
Waste
Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Cheap, single-use items and disposable packaging end up blowing around as litter more often in poor and POC-majority neighborhoods. I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate.
Water
Use Reusable Bottles
I will use a reusable bottle and stop purchasing bottled water, saving 3 disposable plastic bottle(s) a day.
Simplicity
Mindfulness Practice
I will spend 20 minute(s) per day practicing Mindfulness.
Simplicity
Core Values
We may find more meaning and joy in life when our actions are aligned with our personal values. I will determine what my top 3-5 core values are so that I can better align my actions with them.
Nature
Enjoy the Sunrise/Sunset
I will enjoy the sunrise and/or sunset each day.
Water
Conserve Toilet Water
I will save up to 12 gallons (45 L) of water a day by flushing only when necessary.

Trapper Sutterfield 5/03/2021 2:42 PMI finished a 16 drive last night and ended up in the forest somewhere in Arizona and I woke up to the birds and smell of cedar. Then I picked up trash around the river. -
Trapper Sutterfield 5/01/2021 9:41 AMI started my first day of 15 days of travel so I’m working extra hard to be ecologically friendly in anyway I can to try and off put my emissions. But I also found a little nest and that made me so happy 🥲 -
