    I have a smartwatch that tracks my sleep patterns for me actually, so I have seen an improvement in my sleep. I've done this by going to bed earlier in the night and giving myself more time for sleep.

    One of the easiest ways to save energy is to not use it as often. Relying on natural light is one of the best ways to combat high energy usage in our homes.
