I have planned to buy all my Christmas decorations from a second-hand store. I usually buy decoration every year and just throw the most of the item I do not need, but this year I will buy my Christmas decoration from a second-hand store and after Christmas, I have planned to donate it.
From the month of November, I have planned to stop using reusable straws. Using plastic straws we produce so much waste which is very harmful to the environment. I have recently purchase metal straw from amazon. My goal is to completely stop using plastic straws and instead I will be using reusable straws to save the environment.
Reducing the use of paper is a tough job as being a student who still uses the traditional method of study, but from the month of November, I have planned to reduce the use of paper. To complete my goal I will be printing on both sides of the paper and completely stop printing the paper that I don't need.
I will walk 4 mile(s) each day instead of driving and avoid sending up to (___) lbs of CO2 into Earth's atmosphere.
If at all possible, I will not accept any disposable bags when making purchases.
I will use a reusable bottle and stop purchasing bottled water, saving 4 disposable plastic bottle(s) a day.

I will reduce the amount of paper mail that I receive by 0.11lbs (0.05kg) a day or 3.3lbs (1.6kg) a month by opting into paperless billing, ending unwanted subscriptions and opting out of junk mail.
I will offer to help 1 person(s) who are in need each day.
I will meet 5 new neighbor(s) each day.
I will save up to .21 lbs (.09 kg) of paper per day by switching from one-sided printing to two-sided when I have to print documents.
I will collect all of my unrecyclable, non-compostable trash to raise my awareness of how much I send to the landfill.
I will watch 2 documentary(ies) about food sovereignty: the right of local peoples to control their own food systems including markets, ecological resources, food cultures and production methods.
I will visit a nearby farm to pick my own fruits and veggies.
I will try a new method of food preparation, such as canning, pickling, or baking bread.
I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, co-worker, acquaintance, or someone who I may disagree with in at least 2 conversations.
I will make an appointment for my annual physical.
