REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Victor Valenzuela 5/05/2020 9:55 PMYou can include your friends to come along and it might inspire you to push yourself harder if they're in better condition than you. I have found that it is also more motivating to workout with other people because you can create memories. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Do Nature ActivitiesWhat did you observe while spending time outside -- through sight, sound, smell and/or touch?
Victor Valenzuela 4/29/2020 2:57 PMI observed the views that Wenatchee has to offer. One of my favorite trails to go to right now would be Sauer's Mountain in Peshastin. I personally think that it is much more peaceful than the one's that are in Wenatchee. It is also a bit more challenging and the trail has many different types of terrains to offer. One of my favorite things to observe are the smells that nature has to offer, from trees to flowers. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Explore My AreaHow might spending more time outdoors enhance your brainpower?
Victor Valenzuela 4/29/2020 2:54 PMSpending more time outdoors can help you reach peace within yourself and i have found that there aren't many distractions as you would have if you were just sitting at home. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Victor Valenzuela 4/29/2020 2:52 PMPracticing gratitude can help you stay motivated especially when you start having negative thoughts. It is nice to take a step back and think about all of the things that you have in life that put a smile on your face. I have learned that reflecting on your day and goals/ambitions you have will have more motivation to reach those goals.
