Ann Vande Vegte 10/27/2019 10:06 PMI love the challenge about watching the sunrise or sunset everyday. Even though we live right on the water, I am always rushing from thing to thing, and I often forget to stop and admire the beauty of the sky and the ocean! This is a good challenge for me to slow down and really stop running around for a couple minutes. It is awesome! -
Ann Vande Vegte 9/10/2019 10:32 PMMy challenges are good! I am really enjoying the challenge where each night, I write down three things that I am thankful for. This is such a good habit for me to practice because it is easy for me to come home from a long day and think about all the things that are hard and stressful. It is good practice to come home from a long day and look for the good in it and write it down! It has been really helpful and good for me to practice. The other two challenges are awesome and good habits to get into as well, but my favorite and the most rewarding has been recording three things that I am thankful for each night.
