    I think that it is important to spend time outside because it is important to get away from screens and get some fresh air.

    To prevent myself from accumulating unnecessary things I can put more thought into what I am buying before I purchase it and make sure I really need it.

    I watched a documentary about global warning and it showed me how fast ice is melting. It made me feel scared and sad about how fast glaciers are melting and how fast sea levels are rising, but it also motivated me to learn more about how I can take action.

    Going to sleep earlier was helpful to me because I felt well rested and I wasn't as tired during the day.

    It was nice to hot have the stress of having to check my emails and respond to them, and I got to spend some time away from screens.

    Over presidents day weekend I traveled locally instead of flying somewhere like I normally do. This helped the environment and it was still a fun trip.
