    Having less paper mail makes me feel a lot less stressed and overwhelmed. With too many stacks of papers on my desk or in my room, I feel overwhelmed and unorganized. The next step I will take to reduce my waste is make my loan statements available fully online, rather than by mail!

    Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

    This is something I could try to implement where I work! Suggesting to staff above me that double-sided printing is better for the environment would be a great way to get more people to use double-sided printing.

    The campus ecochallenge has shown me so many different ways that I can become more environmentally friendly! It's also shown me ways that I can be more mindful of my own health.

    I would like to try to go to bed earlier each night, preferably 10:30 PM or earlier. What works for me is getting my homework done earlier in the day, so I'm not up late at night studying!

    Water provides me with a way to keep my body healthy by staying hydrated each day. It provides me with a way to clean my body, as well as the clothes I wear. It allows me to cook food for myself.

    I can exercise with friends! Since the weather is getting nicer, I can ask friends to go on walks or hikes with me outside.

    Really thinking about the purchases I make and deciding if it's something I need or something I want. There's no need for me to spend money unnecessarily, especially as a college student.
