REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Food LifestyleMichael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this assertion?
Zachary Williams 3/16/2021 7:12 PMI believe eating healthy and taking care of your body is the foundation of which our health is based upon. Making sure we are eating and drinking things that are good for us, even if it cost a little bit more upfront is a way better investment , than paying for more expensive doctor visits down the line that could have been easily avoided by eating and drinking healthier foods and drinks.
