REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Core ValuesWhat are your top 3-5 core values? How did you narrow it down to those as being your core values?
Kimberly Young 4/11/2021 8:40 AM1) my personal wellness (mind & body)
2) appropriately balancing work and life in this work-from-home environment
3) spending as much time outdoors as I can
These core values are important to me during this season of life as I have found myself being sucked into depressive thoughts and actions (non-movement). And recognizing that I have the power to make the change.-
Janet Beach Davis 4/17/2021 8:49 PMWork/ life is so very important! We need to stop thinking that being overworked is somehow linked to success.
