Getting out to exercise each day for around an hour is an essential part of my day, especially out in nature. I am super thankful for the amount of natural parks we have all around Duluth that keep me grounded. This week I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise run along Brighton beach - a great start to my day!

Supporting local businesses and buying in bulk is always rewarding. I had a fun time going to Ren Market with my friend to purchase some of their magical dry shampoo and their soap, laundry detergent and toilet cleaners in bulk, all sustainable and zero waste focused!

It is always fun for me to take a trip to the Co-op with my reusable jars and bags to get some groceries for the week!
