    I tend to eat smaller portions and also eat more slowly, enjoying the flavors of my food. I also tend to think more about where my food is coming from and that I should be thankful to be able to enjoy food in a space that is my own.

    A big one is spending time with friends especially since it's more COVID-safe to see individuals outdoors. Exercise in itself is also a personal value of mine because to have a healthy mind, one should have a healthy body.

    I hope to invest in more eco-friendly items (e.g. sustainable clothing) that may be more expensive than their less sustainable counterparts with the money saved from energy efficiency.

    There are so many small things you come to love about your place when you walk around with it instead of driving past it.

    By communicating with your virtual meeting attendees, you can ensure that everyone's values are included. And virtual meetings are kind of the thing that people do right now, so this should be so easy!

    I would absolutely agree! Appreciating the Earth can lead people to change the way they treat it, and just by learning of simple solutions through this EcoChallenge, cultivating that sense of gratitude is easier than we think.

    Turning off lights in common spaces, such as rooms shared by suitemates, the laundry/trash room, and even the kitchen can reduce the environmental footprints of everyone who shares these spaces!
