March 22 at 9:49 PMI tend to eat smaller portions and also eat more slowly, enjoying the flavors of my food. I also tend to think more about where my food is coming from and that I should be thankful to be able to enjoy food in a space that is my own.

March 1 at 9:11 AMI would absolutely agree! Appreciating the Earth can lead people to change the way they treat it, and just by learning of simple solutions through this EcoChallenge, cultivating that sense of gratitude is easier than we think.
