    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    When I go to a grocery store like Aldi or Costco I walk out with everything in the cart then place them in reusable bags i keep in the trunk

    Food sovereignty is something that is rare nowadays because of how interconnected the world has become in regards to goods such as food. Living in Hawaii has shown me just how reliant we have become on others for our food, and if anything were to happen that would prevent us from being able to get those resources, we would be in a very bad situation
