  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I always normally have my reusable water bottle with me so it was easy to make this change and not use plastic water bottles that aren't reusable.

We have plants all around the house some are even growing on the walls and we have a greenhouse out back to garden. I enjoyed gardening in the backyard and am excited for the blueberries and raspberries to be ready.

electricity is generated from the power that goes through the town and it impacts everyone by providing us with power to do our daily activities like have electricity to power lights and do other things.

Went to the coast today. Ate a salad for lunch. Talked with my wife about coastal erosion while we saw new developments being constructed on the water line.

Although I was not able to fill the eco-challenge form every day, this activity did help me to change my habit. The action I picked for myself did improve my personal wellness. I got rid of the straws as plastic dumping is harmful to the world. I believe everyone must still remember the photo of a straw pulled from a sea turtle. We should try to do something to protect the environment,

This morning I woke up in surrounded by the desert in the Superstition Mountains. It was already almost 80 degrees at 7:30 am so needless to say I'm not in Portland anymore. There's been lot's of critters to watch but unfortunately there's a lot of trash to pick up too!

I finished a 16 drive last night and ended up in the forest somewhere in Arizona and I woke up to the birds and smell of cedar. Then I picked up trash around the river.
