    After limiting social media like Facebook, and eliminating Twitter, I feel less upset and frustrated. I noticed I pay more attention to the people and pets around me. Social media has its uses but like anything must be used in moderation.

    Bromodichloromethane contaminant was found  in Syracuse's tap water in higher than recommended amounts. The risks of drinking tap water with Bromodichloromethane are Cancer, Kidney & Liver Damage.

    Recognize that fresh water is finite resource. Take quick showers. And maybe collect rain water for later use.
