Environmental factors mainly pollution contributes to issues in human health by potentially posing a threat to life due to toxic chemicals in the air, or water.

Within my region, an environmental factor that affects us heavily is water pollution. This affects us heavily because with toxic chemicals being in the water, the waste may infect the fish and when we eat the fish that has been infected, we may get sick because of the infected fish.

Automobiles drip oil onto the ground that then lead into rivers and oceans when it rains so by not using a car as often I can help reduce the runoff that goes into the ocean. 

I can substitute shampoo bottles with bars instead. 

There are not a lot of barriers. Using a brita filter can enhance the taste and make sure it is clean for me to drink.

I can repurpose old things like curtains or plastic products to accessorize without wasting it and buying new clothes.

We do not see how much waste we produce in a day or week and we do not see where it ends up. I will be more mindful with the waste products I can avoid. 

Aloha waste of honolulu will come and pick bulky things up to be recycled or disposed of in the correct way.

Aloha waste of honolulu and I learned that we do not need to separate our recycling because they will do that for us.
