November 24 at 10:20 PMI do not feel this applies to me because since I do not have a car. I usually walk or run everywhere I can, but if it is long distance I will either take the bus or ask a friend to drive.

November 19 at 10:10 PMI believe we have more access to meat than in other places and it is part of our way of eating. Educating others on the risks of eating meat can help to shift our meat-focused culture. We can stop making meat more accessible in most places and replace it with other options.

November 14 at 11:26 PMA way I can incorporate personal values in my exercise routine can be simply going on a hike. Quick group text to your homies is all it takes. Group hikes are not only very fun but you're enjoying nature and good company on top of getting some good exercise.

November 12 at 11:37 PMIt concerns me the people realize they are affecting the earth, but don't do anything to help. They continue to use plastic even though it is so simple not to use it. People can easily limit their use of things to help make the world a better place.

November 12 at 11:35 PMI agree. Spending time admiring the sunrise and sunset is important and helps you reflect about life. It lets you appreciate beauty in nature and makes you feel better.

November 12 at 11:33 PMIt wasn't hard because I enjoy going out and having fun outdoors rather than be in front of a screen all day. Instead I go to the beach or go on hikes/ walk around. I noticed that you don't need a phone to have fun and it will make you feel better without it.

November 12 at 11:31 PMStop buying plastic water bottles. Buy a Brita water filter and use that to save plastic. Always bring a reusable bottle like a hydro flask to use for water.

October 15 at 9:28 PMReuse any plastic in the household, if not reusing it, I can recycle it. Reduce the amount of water being used by using only what is needed, not what is wanted. Repair things that break instead of buying new ones (clothes). Repurpose old material into bags, etc.

October 15 at 9:26 PMIf I did not have a bag, I would use a cart to help bring things to the car, but since I do not have a car, I will ask my friends to help carry things with me.
