I've been a vegetarian for nearly 2 years now. It was not always easy but I started by taking simple steps. For example, I started not eating meat for breakfast. As time progressed I started to further limit my weekly consumption of meat. Now I am following my same process to becoming more plant-based/vegan. I have once again begun my journey by eating at least one vegan meal a day (usually breakfast). It's important to optimistic about this diet and not think of what you can't eat but all the new foods you will make a point to try.
