Mia Aguilar 4/26/2021 3:51 PMI chose to eat all of my meals without distractions, to only buy things I need, and to meditate or create a movement of silence for an hour a day. These are all things I struggle to do; I constantly look at my phone, buy clothes and food I do not need, and do not set time aside to reflect on my day. I believe that if I set a time apart to remove myself from technology and to think about my day, it will create a positive impact in my life.
