    It does ring true, I sat outside at the beach and watched the water a little bit and it just made me feel good. I feel that cultures that aren't stuck inside or on electronics all the time are overall more happy

    It really helps to take some time for myself between classes whether that be a small moment of silence or the walk between classes to feel grounded and try to release a little bit of stress whenever possible.

    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    Ashley and I keep our reusable bags by the door so that we don't forget them when we go to the store. If we do forget, we try to stay away from plastic.
