    I workout everyday with my best friend and now that it is getting warm we bring our dogs for our warm up run before we go to the gym.

    I think that going for a walk/run to Kwik Trip that is just down the road instead of driving is making a difference.

    I feel like I tasted my food more if that makes any sense. I felt like it tasted better then it normally would.
