More Fruits and Veggies
I will eat a heart healthy diet by adding 2 cup(s) of fruits and vegetables each day to achieve at least 4 cups per day.
Food
Weekly Meal Planning
I will reduce food waste and save money by planning a weekly menu, only buying the ingredients I need.

I will replace 20 incandescent lightbulb(s) with Energy Star-certified LED bulbs, saving up to $14 per fixture per year.
Water
5-Minute Showers

Exercise Daily
Exercise is a great stress blaster! I will exercise for 60 minute(s) each day.

Nature
Practice Gratitude for Earth
I will spend 60 minute(s) per day outside, practicing gratitude (prayer, meditation, journaling, etc.) for Earth and my natural surroundings.
Food
Try a New Way to Prep
I will try a new method of food preparation, such as canning, pickling, or baking bread.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Nate Bennett 4/19/2021 9:31 AMHey everyone! Thanks for participating in this year's EcoChallenge. Currently, we are in third place out of the nine teams at UST. Keep up the great work! You may have noticed already, but check-in points have been carrying over from last year's challenge. I just wanted to let you know that only this year's points will be counted towards our totals. Lastly, as many of you know this week is sustainability week on campus and there is a myriad of fun events you can attend. I've attached this week's schedule of events below!
