I would say that overall my eco challenge is going well so far. By reducing the length of my showers and keeping the sink off while I brush my teeth, I was surprised to learn that the impact of it is actually really significant over time. Along with this, I have found that I have been able to do a better job at reducing the amount of meat products I consume, as well as increasing the amount of whole, unprocessed foods. I think that I expected some of the other challenges I chose to be more difficult, but overall haven't had too much trouble. I think I might add another challenge that will push me a little bit more out of my comfort zone and allow me to see greater impact and work to get there.

Oh dang, good for you for taking so much on!! That'd be hard reducing shower lengths especially now that it's getting cold, but I may join you in that challenge :) The trouble is worth the impact!
