REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Ian Canlas 11/29/2020 1:27 PMPracticing gratitude keeps me centered and motivated to work because it reassures myself that I am grateful for everything happening in my life and it gives myself a purpose and reason to push myself everyday. Gratitude helps me work for a better world because it shows me what this world has given me to succeed and gives me a motive to try and make the world better by preserving its natural resources and choosing eco friendly alternatives.
