REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Gabriel Carreon 3/10/2021 10:30 AMI think that exercising is a key component of a healthy lifestyle. I've always loved to exercise whether it be weight training or cardio its always a good feeling knowing you're doing something good for your body. your body will thank you in the long run. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Gabriel Carreon 3/10/2021 10:24 AMI typically always use reusable water bottles instead of plastic bottles. I have many different types including my Yeti, Nalgene, and Blender bottles. I have a 48 ounce Nalgene so re-filling it three times a day is the equivalent to a little more than a gallon! When I do use plastic bottles I make sure that they get recycled.
